Nikolas
Nikolas is a true Florida native. He was born and raised in Tampa. Even though Nik has had his zany adventures around the world he always found his way home. He spent years in the corporate world working in the insurance industry, but his love was always beer. He’s been a home brewer since 2012 and in 2016 he decided to leave the insurance world and brew beer professionally.
Prior to coming to Double Branch, Nik worked as a brewer for one of the largest regional breweries in the United States, it’s the oldest too. He’s here to share his love of craft beer with all our neighbors and help Double Branch become a household name. Nik is married to the love of his life and shares 3 beautiful daughters with her. If he’s not drinking beer, he enjoys spending time with his family and sneaking away to watch the latest “scariest” movie.
